Catholic Healthcare West (CHW)

CHW deploys digital signage network and interactive donor recognition walls

Situation:

Catholic Healthcare West needed a new donor recognition solution that would bring attention to the benefators, fit seemelssly into the hospital's architecture and make it easier to update content. The client requested a scalable and customizeable dynamic display solution that engages visitors in the new lobbys, a secure, web-based interface to provide administration of data and media files and an integration with donor database files to create automated updates at predetermined intervals.

Solution:

NORVISION, together with Esser Design, created several dynamic signage solutions for each campus from single screens integrated with traditional static signage to 30-foot wide video-walls with centralized content management. All displays are dynamically linked and managed remotely

The Spirit of Giving Benefactor Recognition Wall in the Debi and Jerry Bisgrove Admitting Lobby gives a dramatic overview of the role of philanthropy at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center and Barrow Neurological Institute. The video wall presents colorful displays about the history of giving at St. Joseph's, the hospital's mission, major benefactors, and upcoming events. It also features photos and information about past events.

"The Spirit of Giving wall enables us to bring attention to the many contributions of benefactors to the hospital," says Mary Jane Crist, vice president of Philanthropy at St. Joseph's. "It can be updated so easily and is really a beautiful addition to the hospital's main lobby."
