Situation:

Cliff Castle Casino needed several digital signage systems to improve their communication with guests, visitors, VIPs and employees. Cliff Castle Casino needed a dedicated system for the gaming floor to promote the most recent winners, special promotions in the restaurants and upcoming events. Another system would be used to inform the employees when VIPs arrived with suggestions about how to make their stay more comfortable. A third system would inform employees about today's events and corporate messages. Lastly, the lodge would have its own system with history, event and branding information.

Solution:

NORVISION integrated all of these systems into a centrally managed solution with a mix of HoloGlass®, LCD, Plasma and projection systems.

The Gaming Floor Channel has large HoloGlass® displays strategically placed in each side of the floor. The HoloGlass® can be seen from both sides to both people entering the gaming floor and guest sitting by the gaming machines can see the messages.

The VIP Channel consists on 17-inch lcd screen placed behind every bar in kitchens. The Concierge updates the system when a VIP arrives and within seconds all working personnel knows who arrived, where they are, what they like and how they can help to make the VIP's stay more comfortable.

The Employee Channel has displays located in the employee entrance hallway and break-rooms. Corporate messages as well as schedules are updated several times of day ensuring that everybody is up-to-date on what's happening at the casino.

The Lodge Channel has 40-inch LCD displays placed on the wall by the check-in counter and shows historical, event and branding information about Cliff Castle Casino.
